(2) The Customer shall not bear any costs arising from the execution of the Booking transaction.
(3) In the case of Cancellation of the Reservation, which will take place no later than 10 days before the start date of the stay
Cancellation is free of charge. The Hotel is obliged to refund the full amount of the prepayment within 21 days.
(4) In the case of a Cancellation of a Reservation less than 10 days before the date of scheduled arrival and more than 4
days, the prepayment made will not be refunded; it is possible to reschedule the reservation to another available
date ( max 3 months from the date of the original planned stay).
